MENTAL TOUGHNESS SCORING

Overall Score:

If you score below 10, you are a mental ninja. You should probably consider becoming a guru. However, the higher you score, the more weaknesses in mental toughness are likely to affect your performance, and the more you need help in improving this part of your skills.  If you score above 50, your mental game needs to improve as it affects your performance, and if you scored above 100 improving your mental game will have a major impact on your performance.

Attitude Score:

If you obtain a score below 10, you have a great attitude and are an asset to both yourself and your team. However, the higher your score the more your attitude affects your training and performance, and the more you need to make changes in your attitude toward yourself, your training, and your sport.

Focus Score:

If you score below 10, you can focus like an Olympian. However, the higher your score the more you need to learn methods to improve your focus and concentration.

Pressure Score:

If you score below 10 you are as cool as a cucumber. You have nerves of steel. However, the higher your score the more you need to learn how to relax and handle pressure as it clearly affects your performance.
